Senior Dynamics Systems Analyst

Overview

In this role you will drive the design, development, deployment, and support of the Dynamics ERP landscape during Solera’s AX 2012 to D365 F&O migration. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to automate processes, optimize FinOps, and maintain legacy systems during the transition. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder meetings to ensure clean month-end close, reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting. This fully remote role offers a CST-aligned schedule and meaningful impact across the global finance ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead FinOps initiatives and key objectives within the ERP ecosystem
• Document and improve FinOps processes, system mapping, and change management
• Drive system improvements related to PO, AP, GL, FA, and AR
• Design and streamline FinOps processes ensuring stability and maintainability
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to automate manual processes and implement best practices
• Lead user groups and process experts to discuss issues and proposed changes
• Analyze internal department requirements to standardize/improve ERP-driven practices
• Proactively manage ERP updates, research issues, and educate business SMEs on ERP functionality
• Support Finance as a subject matter expert for essential activities
• Prepare month-end reconciliations, accruals, reconciliations, P&L analysis, and monthly variance analysis
• Manage weekly and monthly close activities and reporting models
• Monitor daily finance operations and steer ongoing initiatives
• Propose policies to align recurring financial operations with strategy and communicate updates
• Create/maintain process documentation via MS Task Recorder and RSAT test automation

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience with D365 F&O and AX2012
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-driven with ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and account reconciliation skills
• Solution-oriented with ability to propose new processes
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Experience with MS technologies that complement D365 F&O such as Task Recorder, RSAT, LogicalApps (Preferred)
• MS D365 F&O Certifications (Preferred)
