Legal Recruiting Manager (Campus)

Overview

In this role you will lead the law school recruitment and summer program management for a leading global law firm. You will oversee attorney hiring, recruitment operations and reporting, and guide junior recruitment staff. You will coordinate summer associate initiatives and law school programs while managing lateral onboarding. You will partner with firm leadership to deliver a consistent, service‑oriented recruitment approach and help shape the campus recruitment strategy from Washington, DC. This position requires relevant corporate campus recruitment experience and at least two years of people management, within a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead law school recruitment and summer associate program management
• Oversee attorney hiring processes and lateral onboarding
• Manage recruitment operations, reporting, and performance metrics
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior recruitment staff
• Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure a consistent recruitment approach
• Coordinate summer associate initiatives and campus programs with external partners
• Build and maintain relationships with law schools and campus partners
• Support stakeholders with a high level of service and responsiveness
