Senior Manager, Digital Manufacturing, Supply Chain Transformation

Overview

As a Digital Manufacturing Senior Manager, you will lead engagements to design and implement digital manufacturing solutions for clients. You will help unlock operational benefits and guide cross-functional teams through rapid prototyping, development, and implementation. You will translate client challenges into functional designs, collaborate with Solution Architects and developers, and support business development. This role sits within Deloitte’s Digital Manufacturing practice, offering exposure to high-impact transformations and a broad vendor ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements to design and implement Digital Manufacturing solutions
• Unlock operational benefits enabled by Digital Manufacturing technologies (e.g., efficiency, quality, cost, safety)
• Collaborate within diverse, inclusive teams and recognise contributions
• Interpret client problems into functional design specs and iterative prototyping
• Guide the design, development and implementation of solutions with a team of functional consultants
• Advise Solution Architects and liaise with developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support business development opportunities

Key requirements

• Experience with manufacturing operations and shop floor; knowledge of lean manufacturing best practices
• Experience in defining Digital Manufacturing strategies, creating functional requirements, supporting design, build and test, user training, and support procedures in a global context
• Experience with one or more leading Digital Manufacturing platforms
• Team management experience
• Ability to work in diverse and remote teams
• Professional working proficiency in English
