Overview

In this role you will lead a new-build steel-frame industrial project in Esher as the No.1 Site Manager for a growing Main Contractor. You will oversee site coordination, safety, quality, and schedule from start to finish, collaborating with subcontractors and the wider team to deliver a high-quality warehouse/industrial facility. This is a permanent role that places you at the centre of project delivery, contributing to the company’s growing pipeline of industrial schemes. A strong on-site leader with steel-frame experience will shape the project’s success and set the standard for future builds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery from start to finish on a new-build steel-frame industrial project
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage on-site safety, quality, and progress against schedule
• Liaise with client and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain progress
• Enforce site procedures, programs, and compliance with health and safety standards

Key requirements

• Experience as Site Manager for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record on new-build industrial/warehouse projects
• Steel frame experience
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Able to commute to Esher, Surrey
