Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications with a focus on delivering value to users
• Touch code across layers, including occasional backend microservices work
• Collaborate with Product and design to define feature specs and deliverables
• Own the design, implementation, QA, and maintenance of software components
• Coordinate with global engineering groups to align on architecture and delivery cadence

Key requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience developing an Android app; familiarity with mobile web and back-end technologies beneficial
• Experience with reactive programming in native mobile platforms
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tackle complex problems by breaking them down
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
