Responsibilities
- Grow and manage a client portfolio across retained and contingent mandates
- Source and present best-fit candidates to clients
- Lead end-to-end client delivery and recruitment strategies
- Communicate candidate value and fit effectively to clients
- Influence client and candidate decision-making with ethical professionalism
- Monitor market trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly
- Manage disruptions from changing job specs or urgent demands with composure
- Develop market/region expertise as a subject matter expert
- Conduct proactive market research on salary trends and talent availability
- Provide clients and candidates with insights on hiring practices and talent pipelines
Key requirements
- 2 years+ recruitment experience
- Energy and/or Infrastructure market experience
- Keen interest in the green energy and infrastructure sector
- Confident and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Influencing and stakeholder management
- Commercial awareness and market insight
