Overview
In this role you join a small, specialist Building Surveying team in central Birmingham to deliver project-based and professional services across key commercial sectors. You will work closely with the Directors and may lead a small team in the near future. You can typically select the sectors and clients you operate with, leveraging your track record in similar environments. The position offers high-value project delivery with autonomy, plus a generous, negotiable salary and hybrid working terms.

Responsibilities
- Deliver project-based and professional surveying services to commercial clients across healthcare, education, retail, offices and industrial sectors
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development, bringing in new work where possible
- Collaborate with Directors and potentially lead a small team in the near term
- Operate with autonomy within a bespoke consultancy environment, tailoring sector focus and client base
- Support delivery of high-value, bespoke survey instructions and reports
Key requirements
- MRICS or FRICS
- proven track record delivering projects and professional services in similar commercial environments
- ability to manage clients and contribute to new business development
