IT/OT Penetration Tester

Overview

In this role you help clients strengthen security through hands-on testing and clear reporting. You join PA’s Digital & Data community to deliver agile, client‑facing security work and contribute to knowledge sharing within a cross‑functional tech group. You’ll tackle varied engagements across sectors, solving complex problems and shaping security outcomes. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality security assessments within agreed deadlines
• Produce written and verbal client reports to a high standard
• Develop and share knowledge with the penetration testing team
• Collaborate with PA teams to provide technical expertise on engagements
• Engage in problem solving through live whiteboarding and team sessions
• Be self-motivated and client-focused to exceed expectations
• Contribute to internal training, tooling, and infrastructure
• Support hybrid delivery with client sites or office as required

Key requirements

• Hold CTM/CSTM or CTL/CSTL status and/or OSCP or CREST/CyberScheme qualifications
• Have SME knowledge in penetration testing domains (mobile, Cloud, OT) or industry-specific environments
• Desire to contribute to team development and internal training
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
