Overview
As a Manager in Transaction Services, you will lead Financial Due Diligence workstreams for a range of clients across private equity, financial services, capital markets and corporate sectors. You will interpret data, generate insights, and deliver end-to-end deal advisory support while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll manage cost control, reporting and invoicing, and act as a primary client and advisor contact. You will supervise and review teams to ensure quality and actionable recommendations for deal decisions. This role sits at the heart of KPMG’s TS practice, offering high-impact transactions within a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sections of financial due diligence engagements and deliver value to clients
- Interpret data to generate insights and construct actionable solutions
- Oversee cost management, reporting, monitoring of recovery rates against budget, and client invoicing
- Deliver substantial workstreams and collaborate with other deal advisory areas to act as a trusted adviser
- Produce robust financial analysis and support team with quality reviews
- Serve as a key client and advisor contact on day-to-day matters
- Direct and operate within high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
- Identify deal implications from due diligence findings and translate into client recommendations
- Provide direct client advice and demonstrate technical expertise
- Adapt to changing requirements and re-plan as needed
- Project manage multiple stakeholders and ensure output consistency and quality
Key requirements
- Strong Financial Due Diligence experience
