Responsibilities

• Develop and support international operating systems for the firm
• Understand complex processes and ensure reliability, quality and control
• Work across multiple projects with a flexible, collaborative approach
• Contribute to a tech-driven trading platform in a fast-paced environment

Key requirements

• Degree in science/computing/numerate/engineering field
• Strong programming skills in C# or Java or C++
• Strong database development experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing and query optimization
• Experience on Windows and Unix/Linux, with scripting and basic system administration
• Ability to work in a team, take ownership of sub-projects and communicate clearly
• Interest in technology innovation and willingness to learn
• Ideally experience processing large data sets
• Ideally experience with market data providers and/or FIX protocol
