Overview

In this role you will manage and grow key financial services client relationships within the S&P Global MI portfolio. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to understand client workflows, priorities, and challenges, driving retention and product adoption. You will develop strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities, and align client needs with data, analytics, and workflow tools. You’ll operate as a trusted partner, shaping how clients leverage MI solutions to achieve their objectives. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a collaborative, client-centric team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen strategic relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the main S&P Global MI contact for assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to support retention and growth, maintain forecasting, and report on account health and opportunities
  • Stay informed on industry trends and full MI solution suite to align offerings with client objectives across sustainability, credit risk, and more
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales Specialists, Marketing, and other teams to deliver demos, training, and strategic planning for clients
  • Proactively identify client challenges and recommend MI solutions to add value, improve outcomes, and drive revenue

Key requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or customer success, preferably with financial services clients
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage day-to-day account activity with limited oversight and connect work to broader business priorities
  • Willingness to attend in-person interviews at a nearest S&P Global office
