Overview
As a Product Manager at Datalex, you will drive growth by delivering commercially sound features aligned with the product and company strategy. You will work with cross-functional teams and partners to optimize conversion and revenue, using data-driven insights. The role emphasizes a pragmatic, adaptable approach, strong stakeholder influence, and coaching of product teams. You will shape how customers interact with Datalex products and contribute to a market-leading e-commerce platform for airlines.
Responsibilities
- Gather and write product requirements based on strategy, customer commitments and market insights, with AI support where applicable
- Manage product budget, capacity and planning with PMO support
- Collaborate with partners and teams to improve conversion and revenue for Datalex and customers
- Coach Product Owners and other product managers, refining backlogs and dependencies
- Work with agile delivery teams to deliver iteratively on time and within budget
- Prioritize effectively and report progress on product development
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation for customers and stakeholders
- Train customers and colleagues, support sales with RFPs, act as the go-to product expert
- Engage in customer workshops to understand needs and identify opportunities
- Build strong relationships with engineering, commercial and operations teams
- Monitor competitors and industry news and share insights across the product function
Key requirements
- 5+ years in a Product Manager role in a B2B/enterprise environment with agile experience
- Airlines industry knowledge is advantageous
- Experience collaborating with engineering, finance, sales and strategy
- People management skills that foster autonomy and accountability
- Proven track record of ownership and delivering value to customers and the product
