Junior Credit Analyst – German Speaking

Overview

In this role you assess credit applications using a data-driven approach and our tech platform to deliver fast, fair, and accurate decisions. You’ll work with autonomy and gradually handle more complex cases, while supporting teammates to improve overall credit outcomes. You’ll partner with analytics to optimise lending strategies and drive credit decisions that empower SMEs. Responsibilities

• Assess credit applications using diverse data sources and our platform to decide quickly and fairly
• Exercise autonomous decisioning with expanding scope as you gain systems knowledge
• Support other analysts on larger or more complex decisions
• Collaborate with analytics teams to refine lending approaches and adapt decisions accordingly

Key requirements

• Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Strong business acumen and understanding of risk and revenue drivers in lending
• Native-level German language skills (or equivalent)
• Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements
• Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with customers and cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with practical problem-solving and process improvement
