Overview
As a member of the Deloitte Real Estate Advisory team in London, you will help clients optimise real estate and capital investments by combining consulting, finance and property expertise. You will work on a mix of public and private sector projects, shaping strategies and business cases for large-scale workplaces and transformation programmes. You’ll engage stakeholders up to Board level and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of public and private sector assignments in the UK and overseas
- Undertake detailed financial and commercial analysis to solve complex problems
- Prepare reports and presentations to support client conversations
- Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels up to Board level
- Work in diverse, inclusive teams and contribute to team culture
- Travel as required
- Develop and deliver business cases and delivery strategies for capital investments
- Collaborate on cross-firm projects such as cost reduction programmes
Key requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in real estate and/or infrastructure sectors (or equivalent government/military experience)
