Overview
In this role you lead on residential on-site delivery for a well-established developer in Surrey. You will act as No.1 on site, driving safety, quality and coordination across teams to deliver new build schemes. You’ll contribute to shaping vibrant communities through high-quality homes and spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role with impact on project outcomes, safety culture, and overall site performance.

Responsibilities
- lead as No.1 on residential schemes on-site
- ensure health & safety compliance and rigorous paperwork
- manage and develop site teams and subcontractors
- coordinate with stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality
- maintain documentation and reporting for on-site activities
Key requirements
- Experience as No.1 on new build residential schemes
- Experience with a reputable housebuilder
- SMSTS
