Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Advise on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Oversee remortgages and transfers of equity
• Handle other residential property matters
• Build and maintain client and referrer relationships
• Support networking and business development activities
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to team success

Key requirements

• Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of 6 years PQE/equivalent in residential property
• Confident in managing a busy conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across residential conveyancing
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Proven business development and networking abilities
• Ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues and professional contacts
• Proactive, adaptable and committed to high standards
• Ideally experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues
