Overview
In this role you will support regional objectives by coordinating technical information across residential developments. You will lead on technical guidance, liaise with consultants, and ensure compliance with building regulations and NHBC standards. The position focuses on resolving planning-stage issues, commissioning surveys, and delivering cost-effective technical solutions. You join a nationwide developer known for building homes and infrastructure that foster local communities. This is an influential role with hands-on project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- prepare site viability studies
- resolve technical issues arising in planning applications
- commission surveys and reports
- instruct, supervise and monitor consultants on post-acquisition work
- ensure compliance with building regulations and NHBC standards
- ensure solutions are cost effective and practical
- support regional objectives and targets
Key requirements
- experience coordinating, managing and providing technical guidance to residential developments
- able to lead a team and run meetings
- CIAT qualification (ideally)
- Degree, HNC or ONC in a related field
