Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering projects from inception to completion
- Manage client relationships, budgets and quality assurance
- Develop and monitor design programmes and resources
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and authorities
- Ensure sustainable and compliant drainage design (SuDS) and related analyses
Key requirements
- Proven track record of leading civil engineering projects
- Strong organisational skills for design programme and resource management
- Experience with conceptual and detailed SuDS design
- Proficiency in Civil 3D for drainage modelling
- Ability to engage clients, authorities and multidisciplinary teams
- Desirable: experience with bulk earthworks and flood risk assessments
- Currently pursuing or holding membership in ICE or CIHT
