Senior IT Manager – Global FMCG Brand

Overview

In this role you will lead a small, business-critical UK IT function for a world-renowned FMCG brand. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure IT services align with the global technology strategy and drive meaningful outcomes for the UK business. You’ll tackle end-user computing, security, networking, and project delivery while motivating a four-person team. This is an opportunity to shape IT delivery in a fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small IT team in the UK
• Act as the primary link between IT and the UK business
• Deliver high-quality IT services aligned with global technology strategy
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business outcomes
• Manage IT service delivery, projects, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee end-user computing, networking, vendors, and security

Key requirements

• Experience leading and developing a small IT team
• Hands-on experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong ITIL and IT service management background
• IT project management and delivery experience
• Understanding of end-user computing, networking, vendors, and security
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive positive change
• FMCG or Retail experience beneficial; startup/scale-up exposure advantageous
