In this Partner role, you will lead commercial real estate matters within a respected Scottish law firm. You will join an established, high-performing property team handling a portfolio of Scottish and UK clients. The role values seniority, client management, and the ability to grow a practice, including niche areas like renewables or development. You will work in Edinburgh or Glasgow, contributing to an innovative, forward-thinking firm that prioritises growth and client service. You will shape strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impact in the real estate practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial property matters for a diverse client base
• Develop and grow a personal/practice group within the Real Estate team
• Contribute to strategic client development and cross-team initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver high-quality legal services
• Advise on niche real estate areas such as renewables, investment, and development

Key requirements

• existing Partners with a track record in commercial property/real estate
• experience in building and developing a practice (advantageous)
