Responsibilities

• Manage a full conveyancing caseload (sales/purchases, transfers of equity, plot and shared ownership transactions)
• Direct client contact and overall conduct of matters
• Collaborate with legal assistants and use an efficient case management system
• Ensure high-quality client service with attention to detail and timely progress
• Maintain regulatory and professional standards throughout matters

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of property matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Confidence managing a busy caseload independently
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Proactive, professional, and friendly approach
