Overview

You will handle rural property transactions, farm transfers and succession planning while developing strong client and referrer networks. Responsibilities

• Rural and agricultural property transactions
• Farm sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and succession planning
• Agricultural tenancies and property rights
• Land development, diversification, and commercial projects
• Building strong client and referrer relationships through networking and promotion

Key requirements

• 2-5 years’ PQE in agricultural or rural property matters, or equivalent experience running their own caseload
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent client care
• Enthusiasm for building relationships
