Tech Risk and Controls Senior Associate

Overview

In this role, you will help strengthen technology risk controls by designing and delivering governance reporting assets used by risk managers and senior leaders across EMEA. You’ll analyze datasets, tell the risk story, and drive actions that protect the bank while partnering with cross-functional teams. You’ll contribute to risk mitigation strategies and monitor control effectiveness in a fast-paced, global environment. This position offers visibility with senior stakeholders and a chance to shape technology risk practices at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity & technology control material for governance forums across the EMEA region
• Perform risk analytics and articulate regional and legal-entity impacts to prioritize risk activities
• Monitor technology risks for compliance with firm standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate to implement risk mitigation strategies, controls, and action plans
• Evaluate control effectiveness, propose improvements, and address risk gaps
• Communicate risk findings to stakeholders and align with risk appetite
• Develop tools and mechanisms to manage data, assess risk and trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships across technology and core partners
• Identify sub-optimal processes and develop solutions to automate and streamline
