Overview

As Director, Commercial Product in Fever’s Brand Partnerships team, you will transform Fever’s scale, IP, and first-party data into repeatable, sellable commercial offerings. You’ll own measurement, data layer, and integrations to drive renewals and multi-year contracts, while enabling the sales team with blueprints and pitch-ready materials. You will work cross-functionally to ship premium products on time and define a clear product story for senior stakeholders. This role combines commercial instinct with technical rigor to scale partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the closed-loop attribution product to demonstrate campaign impact and outcomes
  • Develop the first-party data layer into privacy-safe, actionable audience intelligence
  • Scope and define integrations for Fever tech teams to surface Fever experiences in partners’ apps and platforms
  • Enable sponsorship by delivering the necessary membership, integration, and measurement infrastructure
  • Package capabilities into sellable propositions with pricing logic for the sales team
  • Collaborate with data, engineering, marketing and event operations to launch products on time and to a premium standard
  • Set the measurement standard for Brand Partnerships as the reference for proving campaign outcomes

Key requirements

  • 10+ years in commercial product, partnerships product, ad-tech or media product, marketing measurement, or related field
  • Proven track record shipping products that commercial teams sell
  • Fluent in measurement and attribution
  • Experience bridging commercial and technical teams; able to scope integrations and translate between sales pitches and build backlogs
  • Experience building repeatable systems and blueprints rather than bespoke solutions
  • Entrepreneurial, builder mindset; comfortable in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to present product stories to senior internal and external stakeholders
