In this role you drive the commercial and operational performance of a major part of Stantec’s Environmental Services Business Line. You’ll shape priorities with senior leaders, build and sustain high-performing teams, and lead initiatives that fuel sustainable growth and resilience. Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business Centre’s commercial and operational performance to achieve sustainable growth and strong financial results
  • Own business plans, budgets, forecasts and KPIs; manage workforce planning and resource utilisation
  • Attract, develop and retain high-performing, inclusive teams; focus on talent, succession and leadership development
  • Provide direction to senior leaders; strengthen strategic client relationships; support major pursuits and revenue growth
  • Champion collaboration, technical excellence, accountability and innovation; promote safety, wellbeing and responsible business practices
  • Offer market insight and sound judgement to shape strategy and future direction of the Environmental Services Business Line

Key requirements

  • Experienced operational or business leader with a track record in consultancy and environmental sectors
