Overview

In this field-based role, you drive adoption of Ambu’s Respiratory portfolio across NHS and private settings, engaging a broad range of stakeholders from procurement to clinical staff. You shape opportunities with health-economic arguments and maintain momentum through CRM-driven pipeline management. You’ll gather market insights, develop compelling presentations, and support product use in clinical environments. A 4-day field cadence, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration underpin your impact on patient care and market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify opportunities and map buying influences and decision makers
  • Convey health-economic, financial and clinical benefits to diverse stakeholders
  • Maintain CRM records and report customer activity and opportunities
  • Manage your sales pipeline and report to the Regional Sales Manager, Respiratory
  • Gather market intelligence and disseminate insights; prepare effective presentations
  • Support the use of Airway Management and Bronchoscopy devices in clinical environments
  • Engage with stakeholders face-to-face in field-based settings
  • Identify critical issues affecting key customers and tailor outreach

Key requirements

  • Proven NHS sales experience with a track record of success selling to NHS
  • Clinical experience within NHS in Airway Management and Bronchoscopy devices
  • Commercial credibility, including price/value discussions and negotiation
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Personable, outgoing, ambitious and able to engage with all levels of staff
  • Ability to convey health economic, financial and clinical benefits to broad audiences
  • Willingness to research and address topical customer issues
  • Full clean driving licence with flexibility for meetings and conferences
  • Desirable: Accredited Theatre Access Course
