Overview

In this role you will own and drive multi-nation NHS opportunities across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. You will build repeatable go-to-market approaches, manage both high-velocity practice deals and large multi-stakeholder negotiations, and demonstrate how Accurx integrates with clinical systems. You will convert pilots into scaled contracts using data-driven territory planning, shaping healthcare communication at scale. This is a mission-driven, fast-growing environment where you help banks the time clinicians gain for patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Own three health systems and develop nation-specific win strategies
  • Build and manage pipeline across practices, health boards, clusters, PCNs, GP federations, and HSC Trusts
  • Lead both quick practice-level closes and long, multi-stakeholder board negotiations
  • Argue integration and deployment options with eHealth, IG leads, and national bodies
  • Turn pilots into paid, scaled contracts with credible local evidence
  • Construct territory plans from usage, adoption, and pipeline data to guide national deals
  • Develop a repeatable playbook for go-to-market per nation

Key requirements

  • Proven deal-closer with a track record of meeting own targets
  • Comfort with a wide range of deal sizes, from quick practice closes to year-long negotiations
  • Technical fluency to explain product integrations to technical audiences
  • Ability to handle complexity of clinical systems, interoperability, deployment routes, and information governance
  • Strategic thinker who can build and adapt a territory plan from a blank page
  • Data-led with strong spreadsheet, CRM, and reporting skills
