Residential Property Lawyer – Cardiff

Overview

In this role you will help grow our residential conveyancing service in the Cardiff market. You will manage a varied caseload across sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, new builds, leaseholds and shared ownership, from instruction to completion. You’ll work closely with the Cardiff team to deliver high-quality conveyancing and build local connections. The position offers career progression, hybrid working, and a supportive benefits package. • Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion

• Develop and utilise local Cardiff market connections to grow the team
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation and client communication

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE with solid experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident working within the Cardiff market with strong connections
