In this role, you will lead second-line oversight of Enterprise Risk Management across global legal entities, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations. You will shape the International ERM framework and support risk governance, reporting, and escalation in collaboration with Risk, Compliance and platforms. You will interpret local requirements, contribute to audit and regulatory responses, and help advance AI capabilities within risk management. Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the International Enterprise Risk Management framework
- Contribute to ERM processes: Risk Appetite, Identification and Assessment, Scenario Analysis, Stress Testing, Emerging Risk Management
- Provide review and challenge of risk activities to ensure proper identification and management of material risks
- Support risk reporting, thematic analysis, and material for senior management and governance forums
- Embed legal entity risk governance and align with enterprise risk standards
- Oversee first-line risk management activities including Risk Appetite metrics, operational risk events and change risk assessments
- Ensure governance processes reflect legal entity, local and regulatory considerations
- Interpret local regulatory requirements and engage stakeholders on legal entity risk matters
- Contribute to responses for Internal Audit, regulatory reviews and client due diligence
Key requirements
- Experience in ERM, Legal Entity Risk, Operational Risk or related second-line risk role
- Solid understanding of core risk management processes and governance
- Ability to review, challenge, and interpret risk information clearly
- Strong written and verbal communication, including committee/reporting support
- Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions
