VIE – DIGITAL SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Overview

In this role you support the Head of Film and TV Licensing in digital rights and commercial activity. You will manage rights for SVOD/AVOD/FAST partners, handle availability calendars, and input deals into the UNITY rights database. You’ll help prepare client materials and support internal projects while coordinating diary and travel for the licensing team. This position offers exposure to market events and a pathway to develop licensing and data-management skills within a leading film and TV studio.

Responsibilities

• Rights management for SVOD & AVOD/FAST partners according to their remit
• Create availability lists and record digital deals in UNITY and tracking documents
• Manage availability process for Pay TV/SVOD partners; send monthly avail notifications and update UNITY
• Support rights and date checking on digital deals and shadow deal negotiations
• Prepare materials for client presentations and internal projects
• Attend department and group meetings
• Diary and travel management for the department and group meetings, industry events (Mipcom, MipTV) and other events

Key requirements

• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn
• Ability to work autonomously
