In this role you support Quant Capital’s growth as a fintech-focused IT resourcer. You will work on sourcing talent for quantitative finance environments and engage with senior stakeholders. The role sits in a fast-paced trading-like setting where attitude and impact matter as much as activity. You’ll benefit from structured training and a clear path to become a recruiter within 12 months, all while contributing to a high-performing, value-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen IT talent for fintech/quant finance clients
• Engage with senior hedge fund directors and startup leaders to understand needs
• Justify resource requirements and align on cost with business stakeholders
• Maintain a results-driven pipeline and support placement targets
• Collaborate with a fast-paced, tech-heavy trading environment

Key requirements

• Minimum 1 year in IT recruitment as a resourcer
