Overview

As an Associate in the EMEA Fund Finance team in London, you will support the fund accounting and administration across European funds. You will collaborate with global finance teams, treasury, accounting, investor relations, and auditors to ensure accurate NAVs, liquidity, and financial reporting. You will help manage audits, regulatory reporting, and tax compliance, contributing to robust governance of the fund structure. This role offers exposure to multiple asset classes within a leading, globally focused alternative asset manager and opportunities to shape fund-level processes.

Responsibilities

• Strike monthly NAVs and validate corporate activity, including subscription/redemption activity, distributions, and governance calculations
• Monitor fund liquidity and support treasury operations for investor subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions
• Provide FP&A insights and timely financial performance reporting to board and senior stakeholders
• Organize Fund board meetings and coordinate cross-team reporting for efficiency and robustness
• Deliver annual and semi-annual financial statements under IFRS/local GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Manage external audits, coordinating with service providers, Blackstone management, and auditors
• Assist with tax compliance and investor reporting alongside internal tax teams
• Support ad hoc technical accounting matters and other projects throughout the year

Key requirements

• Degree and ACA qualified (or equivalent accounting qualification)
• IFRS accounting / financial reporting expertise
• Experience with Credit funds and/or asset management is advantageous
• Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management
