In this senior role you will lead high-profile construction disputes for a Top 100 law firm, handling complex cases across payment claims, delays, defects, and professional negligence. You will work within the Construction and Infrastructure practice to manage adjudication, litigation, arbitration, and ADR, collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality outcomes for a diverse client base. Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile construction disputes across payment claims, delays and defects
• Handle professional negligence and contract management/dispute avoidance
• Conduct adjudication, litigation, arbitration, mediation and other ADR processes
• Contribute to reported cases and collaborate across departments
• Provide direct client exposure and strategic matter management
• Support business development and cross-sector collaboration

Key requirements

• 5-8+ years PQE in construction disputes
• confident litigator with leading dispute experience
• strong technical understanding of JCT and NEC contracts and adjudications
