Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting
- Support full budget, scope, change control and earned value analysis
- Coordinate with scheduling, commercial, construction and finance teams
- Assure monthly cost data and variance analysis
- Drive forecast and budget accuracy
- Produce clear cost reports
- Apply strong cost and contract management
- Build effective client and partner relationships
Key requirements
- Achieved professional qualification through recognised body (e.g. APM, AACE)
- Proven experience in project management or project controls in construction or consultancy
- Experience in a regulated infrastructure sector
