Overview
In this role you support the Asset Management team to drive value across a diversified, multi-asset portfolio in Europe. You collaborate with senior asset managers, finance and external partners to deliver rigorous analysis, governance, and disciplined execution throughout the asset lifecycle. You will help onboard acquisitions, oversee assets, and contribute to financing events, with a focus on data integrity and clear communication. This position combines financial modelling, performance tracking, and cross-functional reporting to support strategic decisions and value creation.
Responsibilities
- Support asset management in developing and updating asset-level business plans and identify value creation opportunities
- Monitor performance vs. plan and prepare variance analyses and commentary
- Coordinate budgeting and IRR reforecasting cycles with audit-ready documentation
- Maintain and enhance financial models (cash flow, debt, scenarios) and support hold/sell analyses
- Track initiatives and maintain logs, timelines, and governance reporting
- Coordinate third-party reporting, dashboards, and meeting minutes for reviews
- Standardize reporting templates across asset classes for portfolio comparisons
- Support acquisition onboarding, underwriting assumptions, and post-close governance
- Assist with financing, refinancing, and exit planning including data room prep and IC materials
- ESG, compliance & risk: track KPIs, sustainability data, and maintain compliance registers
- Team & capability development: create templates and dashboards for efficiency and share insights
Key requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in asset management or related financial services
- Strong financial modelling, performance analysis and high-quality reporting under tight timelines
- Experience coordinating with multiple internal/external stakeholders and handling complex datasets
- Interest in broad exposure across asset classes and capital events; strong learning mindset
- Fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Organised and reliable with ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Advanced Excel (financial modelling, scenario/sensitivity analysis)
- PowerPoint for executive-ready materials
- Power BI familiarity (or similar)
