In this role, you will join the EMEA Strategic Capital Solutions team to support complex, multi-stakeholder real estate transactions across Europe. You’ll work closely with directors through the full project life cycle, including live client processes and relationship management, while mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities
- Provide execution leadership to ensure quality and timely client-facing materials and documentation across multiple workstreams
- Manage complex transactions (joint ventures, corporate M&A, portfolio and asset sales) with clear stakeholder communication
- Develop sector and product-specific analyses to build market intelligence
- Present marketing materials and transaction updates and respond to technical client questions
- Create and interpret financial models for large portfolio sales, M&A, JVs, and structured equity with strategic insight
- Support pitches and business development activities to grow the team pipeline
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (research, marketing, sustainability) to support investment processes
- Supervise and mentor analysts and junior team members on financial analysis and deal outputs
Key requirements
- 3+ years in investment banking or corporate finance with real estate exposure
- Strong track record of execution excellence across multiple deals
- Proficient financial modeling and analysis with complex operating data
- Solid understanding of financial statements and how metrics affect property/value
- Deep knowledge of market submarkets, rental trends, and recent transactions
- Proven leadership on transactions and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders
- Proven client relationship management and business development experience
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe for meetings and site visits
- Expert MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, independent worker with collaboration to meet team goals
- Mentorship ability for junior team members
- Additional European languages are beneficial
- Experience with sustainability collaboration is a plus
