Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst (Valuations) at Teya, you will quantify and forecast the economic value of our products. You’ll work across acquiring and business account offerings to ground valuation, unit economics, and customer lifetime value in real merchant behavior. Your analysis informs pricing, segmentation, and senior-level investment decisions. You’ll collaborate with product, finance, growth, and credit to solve problems and shape the company’s economic strategy. This role offers immediate impact on performance and requires turning data into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced fintech culture.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain NPV, unit economics, and LTV models for acquiring and business account products
- Analyze customer behavior and product performance to identify value levers and model assumptions
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, natural experiments) to validate pricing, packaging, segmentation, and product strategy
- Develop and monitor dashboards tracking real-time portfolio and product economics, flagging forecast deviations
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering to translate insights into decisions
- Identify data gaps and limitations in valuation methodology and surface insights to improve models
- Create clear presentations and documentation translating analyses into actionable recommendations for all stakeholders
Key requirements
- 2 to 4 years in business analytics, valuations, FP&A, customer analytics, strategy, or credit risk in a data-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree a plus
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel and/or Python for modelling
- Strong foundation in unit economics and valuation methods (NPV, LTV, cohort analysis, sensitivity analysis) and in statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, experimental design)
- Ability to translate complex analyses into business insights and influence stakeholders
- Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in problem-solving and project delivery
