Overview

As a Data Process & Automation Engineer, you will help clients streamline operations and unlock value through automation and AI. You’ll contribute to multiple transformation programmes by designing smarter processes and delivering scalable automation solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to quantify impact, measure benefits, and optimize outcomes. This consultative role offers exposure to emerging technologies and high-impact transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Design future-state operating processes and workflows
• Deliver workflow automation solutions using low-code and RPA technologies
• Support implementation, testing and optimisation activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Assess how AI can enhance efficiency and automation outcomes
• Define KPIs and measure process improvement benefits

Key requirements

• Experience in process improvement and automation delivery
• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Celonis or similar automation platforms
• Exposure to Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI or equivalent technologies
• Understanding of workflow orchestration and API integrations
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments
• Passion for automation, AI and operational transformation
