Overview

In this role you will shape the commercial agenda for the UK Snacks unit by developing pricing, promotions and channel plans that balance growth with profitability. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and insights teams to translate data into actionable levers and drive cross-functional execution. You will own medium- and long-term planning, including integrated commercial plans and mix initiatives, while engaging senior leadership to steer performance. This is a fast-paced, data-driven role that impacts strategy, execution and results across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pricing and promotional planning for UK Snacks leveraging consumer insights to balance retailer KPIs and competitive dynamics
  • Align plans with senior stakeholders including UK Snacks commercial teams and UK Executive Leadership team
  • Drive mix performance through end-to-end collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Finance
  • Execute the annual commercial plan and analyse performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Evaluate and prioritise promotional proposals to invest in high-potential retail spaces
  • Lead cross-functional effort with DX & Perfect Store to set execution priorities
  • Develop a 3-year integrated commercial plan including pack-price strategies and pricing recommendations
  • Model volume and financial impact of strategic options
  • Promote adoption of new RGM digital tools within Impulse
  • Support RGM Director in diagnosing transversal performance and presenting executive-ready recommendations
  • Sit on the Impulse Leadership Team and collaborate to deliver decisive commercial insights

Key requirements

  • Commercial/Commercial Finance background with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to extract key messages from complex data across external & internal sources
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience ensuring RGM priorities are embedded in wider plans
  • Strong understanding of Brand, Format and Channel financials for profitability and mix management
  • Strong modelling skills for pricing, PPA and mix initiatives, including elasticity analyses
  • Ability to craft clear communications to influence stakeholders and drive growth
