Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data programmes aligned to client objectives and governance
- Establish and manage programme governance, RAID, reporting, controls and assurance across multiple workstreams
- Engage senior client stakeholders to align priorities and provide visibility on progress, risks and outcomes
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, effective delivery
- Drive delivery planning, resource and dependency management in complex, multi-vendor environments
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, regulatory and responsible AI frameworks
- Oversee delivery quality, proactively manage risks and resolve issues to achieve outcomes
Key requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
- Significant experience leading large-scale technology, data or AI programmes in consulting, public sector, or enterprise settings
- Proven track record managing multi-workstream delivery with clear outcomes
- Experience in Central Government or similarly regulated environments; eligible for security clearance
- Strong stakeholder engagement, translating strategy into executable delivery plans
- Strong understanding of AI, data and digital delivery lifecycles
- Experience in programme governance (RAID, planning, reporting, assurance, risk mitigation)
- Experience delivering in agile and hybrid environments; balancing commercial, technical and operational factors
- Understanding of security, privacy and responsible AI requirements in public sector contexts
- Ability to manage complex dependencies and delivery teams across large transformations
