Overview

In this role you will support world-class clients on complex programmes through strategic project controls and PMO enablement. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to assess client environments, design fit-for-purpose controls and performance solutions, and deliver findings and recommendations. You’ll lead workshops, contribute to business development, and help shape transformation initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Assess client environments and challenges to tailor a fit-for-purpose controls and performance solution.
  • Lead analysis, documentation, and recommendations across client engagements.
  • Facilitate workshops in virtual and on-site settings with client teams.
  • Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams across client sites and remotely.
  • Tailor established methodologies, processes, and tools to specific client contexts.
  • Support personal development and contribute to internal initiatives and transformation products.
  • Drive business generation activities such as bids and proposals.
  • Engage in marketing and social media campaigns where appropriate.
  • Provide line management and development of direct reports as appropriate.

Key requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Project Controls within major capital projects/programmes
  • Experience in PMO/controls & performance in infrastructure or defence-related sectors
  • Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments and integrated controls & performance processes
  • Experience writing/presenting reports and navigating stakeholder environments up to C-suite
  • Computer literacy with Office 365; Visio; Miro; Slack; Teams; Primavera; PRISM; Power BI or similar
  • Strong leadership and adaptability under pressure
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Project controls fundamentals (planning, scheduling, cost, risk, reporting)
  • Delivery of PMO/controls & performance solutions
  • Data visualization and analytics (Power BI)
