Overview
In this role you will transform a high-visibility sports sponsorship into a repeatable engine for UK awareness, engagement, and pipeline influence. You’ll lead integrated field marketing in the UK, closely aligning with Sales to target key accounts and buying committees through hospitality and in-seat programs. You will craft season-long activations that resonate with technical and developer audiences while broadening Temporal’s presence across London and the UK. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping field experiences that convert engagement into measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated field marketing plans for the sponsor in the UK to drive awareness, demand creation, and account engagement.
- Partner with Sales to establish planning rhythms, prioritize work, and measure impact; translate Sales needs into executable field programs.
- Design account-driven experiences including hospitality, events, and matchday activations to drive next-step engagement.
- Develop a season-long activation approach with in-seat engagement plays and executive hosting moments.
- Grow awareness among developers and technical communities; collaborate with DevRel and local leaders to create credible experiences.
- Own partnership execution with Crystal Palace, including rights planning, asset utilization, and approvals.
- Coordinate cross-functional programs (content, PR, paid media, lifecycle, SDR/BDR, partner channels) and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage external agencies for experiential, production, and event work with budget discipline and quality.
- Define success metrics (pipeline influence where possible) and provide post-season performance recaps and recommendations.
Key requirements
- Strong field marketing and campaign leadership in a technical/technology context with integrated programs linked to revenue goals.
- Proven ability to partner with Sales, align priorities, plan jointly, and create follow-up motions that generate pipeline.
- Experience using events, hospitality, and experiential marketing to engage accounts and attract priority audiences.
- Experience marketing to technical/developer audiences.
- Sponsorship and experiential experience, with comfort managing complex partnerships and high-visibility activations.
- Cross-functional leadership and the ability to operate in fast-moving environments.
