Responsibilities

• Manage wills and probate caseload and estate administration
• Provide advice on trusts, inheritance tax planning, and estate planning
• Guide clients through lasting powers of attorney processes
• Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with tailored, practical advice

Key requirements

• UK qualified Solicitor with proven private client experience
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
• Excellent client care and ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
• Membership of the Law Society Private Client Section and/or STEP is advantageous
