As a Technical Engineer within a high-growth residential developer, you will lead technical delivery on refurbishment and new-build schemes. You collaborate with a strong Design & Technical team to shape housing design and construction, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You drive team leadership and project completion while maintaining costs and timelines. Responsibilities

• Manage and guide refurbishment and new-build schemes
• Lead and manage a team to deliver projects
• Drive projects from planning through to completion
• Provide technical guidance across design and construction
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC, CDM, and planning legislation
• Support and mentor project teams to improve processes and delivery efficiency

Key requirements

• Degree qualified or equivalent (HNC/ONC)
• AutoCAD, Power Projects, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC legislation
• Health & Safety / CDM Regulations proficiency
• CSCS and SMSTS certificates
• Experience delivering refurbishment and new-build projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Customer-facing communication and presentation skills
