In this role you will contribute to a greenfield development effort for a high-profile client in the social data space. You will collaborate with the core development team, founders, and UX designers to shape architecture and integrate Django-based systems with new solutions. You will explore technologies to implement product features and help scale an enterprise-grade platform. Responsibilities
- Greenfield development
- Refactor and integrate existing Django systems with new solutions
- Evaluate and select technologies for product features
- Collaborate with founders, UI/UX designers and technical staff on product development
- Assist in recruitment, training, retention and organization of development staff
- Contribute to architecture decisions and prototyping of new technologies
Key requirements
- 2+ years of commercial Python and Django development
