Software Support Analyst

Overview

In this role you will become the software expert for Corpay’s Meriden-based customers, guiding them through product usage and incident resolution. You’ll handle first- and second-line queries, coordinate with product and development teams, and support new releases. You work closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure customer success and reliable operations. This position offers hands-on training and the chance to shape support for the 1link services within a growing payments tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support and manage software incidents, escalating to product team when needed
• Offer detailed product guidance and best practices to customers
• Document and replicate software incidents and manage tickets
• Test and support new releases and updates to existing products
• Understand customer requirements and configure solutions accordingly
• Support product specialists with data management and issue handling
• Deliver virtual and occasional onsite user training and support for customers

Key requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate interested in software support
• Experience in supporting software solutions (1st/2nd line)
• Exposure to tools like JIRA, Slack, SQL Studio, or Team Foundation Server is advantageous
• Exposure to system integrations via XML (SOAP) web-services, APIs (JSON), or FTP processes is advantageous
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Detail-oriented with an interest in build and support processes for software
• Assertive, team player with multi-tasking ability
