Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site management across multi-sector projects (new build, refurbishment, fit-out)
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet programme, budget and quality targets
• Manage projects up to £15m in value across London and surrounding areas
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements on site
• Collaborate with client, design teams and supply chain to resolve on-site issues
• Provide mentorship and supervision to on-site staff and subcontractors
