In this Private Client Solicitor role, you will advise high-net-worth individuals on wills, trusts, estate planning, and wealth management while handling complex probate and estate administration. You will work within a leading private client team across the East of England, building strong client relationships and ensuring high‑quality service. You’ll stay updated on legislation and best practices, collaborating with colleagues to develop expertise. Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice and support to high-net-worth individuals and families in matters related to wills, trusts, estate planning, and wealth management
- Handling complex probate and estate administration cases
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and best practices within private client law
- Drafting wills, trusts, and other legal documents
- Managing a caseload of private client matters, ensuring all deadlines and client expectations are met
- Collaborating with colleagues and senior professionals to continuously develop your skills and knowledge within private client law
- Conducting client meetings to discuss individual needs and provide tailored legal advice
Key requirements
- 1-10+ years’ experience in private client law
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of private client matters
