Overview
In this MAC Engineer role, you will set up and maintain end-user desktops, manage assets, and support onboarding in a global, high-intensity quant environment. You will contribute to infrastructure expansion and rollout of new technologies, using automation to minimize trading floor downtime. Responsibilities
- Setting up and deploying PCs for end users
- Managing assets and procurement processes
- Assist in user onboarding procedures

Key requirements
- 3+ years in a technology support role (or demonstrable passion/skills from extended studies/volunteer work)
- Proficiency in computer hardware and peripherals
- Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, courteous, flexible team player with a customer-first mentality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
