Contracts Manager opportunity in Essex

You will manage progress, planning, and final accounts across 3–5 active projects while liaising with clients and reporting to the Contracts Director. • Salary: 70K – 80K + package

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3–5 projects simultaneously
• Manage progress of each site
• Report to Contracts Director
• Plan projects and oversee them through to final accounts
• Attend site progress meetings with clients

Key requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Contracts Manager in main contracting
• Experience managing multiple contracts concurrently
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Organised and attentive
• Team player
• First Aid qualifications are ideal
• Degree/HNC in related subject advantageous
